New family registration for the 2025-2026 school year will begin on February 1, 2025. You may complete and submit the forms below. Once your forms are received and reviewed, we will notify you of your enrollment status. Registrations are not complete until you have established your FACTS Management Tuition Agreement, and your registration fee has been processed. Please be aware that registration fees and school fees are non-refundable. FACTS Managment application for the 2025-2026 school year is now open.
